Holiday Trash & Recycling Collection

Public Works will collect Christmas trees for composting from Monday December 29, 2014 to January 9, 2015. Please remove all ornaments, decorations, and stands from trees and place trees at the curb by 7AM on your recycling day. Do not put trees in plastic bags, and don’t forget to recycle your holiday catalogs and wrapping paper as well.

If you have 2 recycling days per week, Christmas trees will be collected on your first recycling day of the week.

For the North End, Public Works will collect Christmas trees for composting on the two Monday recycling days in the North End, January 5 and 12, 2015.
