The sun came out on Sunday for the 89th Saint Joseph’s Feast Procession through Boston’s North End. With its move to October’s Italian Heritage Month, it was the last feast of the year. The photo gallery below shows photos from the Feast along with hours from the Grand Procession. Accompanying Societa San Giuseppe di Riesi (Saint Joseph Society of Riesi Sicily) were the North End Marching Band and the Northeast Italian-American Band.Photos by Matt Conti. Heavens Open Up as Statue of Saint Anthony Arrives Home to Downpour of Rain and Confetti

For its grand finale, the statue of Sant’ Antonio was met with the usual confetti guns, but also a heavy rain downpour.
