7.  The Waterfront Cafe, 450 Commercial St: Rocco Zagarella owner of The Waterfront Cafe is seeking to increase the official capacity of his establishment and to remove the restriction of alcohol with the service of food only on the license. There are no changes proposed other than that and no changes to the layout/floor plan of business.  (Atty. Patrick Troy, ZBA hearing date tbd)

8. Monica’s Trattoria, 69 Prince St.: Jorge, Pat and Frank Mendoza have leased 67 Prince Street to expand Monica’s Trattoria at 69 Prince Street into the space. They have applied to the Boston Licensing Board to amend the description of the premises from “ 67 Prince Street: in one room on the first floor with kitchen in storage in the rear” to “67-69 Prince St. in two rooms with kitchen on the first floor prep kitchen and storage in basement” also to change the DBA from Monica’s Pizzeria to Monica’s Trattoria. (Atty. William Ferullo, Licensing Board hearing date tbd)

9. Etc Juicery, 420 Commercial Street: Melina DiPaola has applied to change the occupancy of 420 Commercial Street from “garage” to “fitness center and juicery (take-out)” The proposed uses are Conditional in a MFR/LS zoning district. (Atty. William Ferullo, ZBA hearing date tbd)

10. North Bennet Street School, President Miguel Gómez-Ibáñez: Discuss the school’s interest in the Department of Transportation building at 128 North Street.
