North End artist, Nathan Swain, updated residents on his latest efforts to cover blank walls with scenic murals. Swain intends to begin work on a wall at the Gassy flights this week. The above video is from the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) meeting held on June 12, 2014.
