On Thursday, March 27, the North End Youth Hockey Introduction Program celebrated it’s second season at it’s award banquet. Twenty players ages 4-12 played this year under volunteer coaches: Billy, Daniel, Greg, Patrick, Corey, Bryan, George and Virgil. The program ran for 15 Saturdays at the Steriti rink under the direction of Program Creator, and Coordinator Daniel Toscano. The program aims to teach and strengthen hockey fundamentals in a fun and challenging atmosphere.
The banquet featured donated Pizza from Pizzaria Regina, donated Cupcakes from Mike’s Pastry, Trophies sponsored by the North End Athletic Association, and personalized team sweatshirts that each participating family was able to purchase.
Congratulations players, coaches, and families for a wonderful season! Thank you Daniel Toscano for coordinating this very successful and awesome program!!
