Scire as manager. The property is located in the Salem Street Neighborhood Shopping subdistrict. Anyone seeking further information prior to the meeting should contact the attorney, Daniel J. 2. 1-4 Mechanic Court, Full Comp., Inc., d/b/a Acqua Seafood Grille (formerly Ida’s Restaurant), has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeal to change the use of a unit behind the presently existing restaurant from residential to restaurant, in connection with the installation of larger handicap-accessible bathroom facilities, and the addition of 22 restaurant seats in the area provided by the unit being added. Ida’s formerly had 26 seats in its restaurant area. That area will continue to have 26 seats, of which 6 will now be at a bar. The total seating, including the newly-added area, will consist of 48 seats inside and 48 seats at the outdoor patio. Anyone seeking further information prior to the meeting should contact the attorney, William G. Ferullo.
3. 106 Prince Street, 106 Prince Street, LLC, has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeal to change the occupancy of the building from 7-family to 8-family, by re-erecting a wall which had been removed years ago in the first floor apartment, so that the layout of the first floor will be the same as the present layout of the upper three floors. The work will be done in connection with a remodeling of the building which is now in process. The property is located in a Multifamily Residential subdistrict. The violations are insufficient usable open space and insufficient off-street parking. Anyone seeking further information prior to the meeting should contact the attorney, William G. Ferullo.
