The work will be done in connection with a remodeling of the building which is now in process. The property is located in a Multifamily Residential subdistrict. The violations are insufficient usable open space and insufficient off-street parking. Anyone seeking further information prior to the meeting should contact the attorney, William G. Ferullo.
