By all accounts, it has been quite the action packed week in the North End / Waterfront. It started on Monday with the arrest of a suspect for the Valentine’s Day sexual assault, followed by questions about whether it’s a case of mistaken identity. Continuing with the crime theme, don’t miss the police blotter – including a woman who was jumped at the corner of Cooper and Endicott Streets walking home from the grocery store. Plus, a stabbing on Saturday night at the corner of Hanover and Blackstone Streets leading to an arrest of a man from Jamaica Plain. Some neighborhood photos, good and bad – Aerosmith guitarist stops in the Paul Revere Mall for photos for Boston Magazine while neighbors rail against the disturbing poop situation at the Gassy playground. Lastly we end with buzz between NEWNC and NEWRA, stemming from a unification proposal from the Neighborhood Council that was not taken lightly by the Residents Association.
