NEMPAC Winter Class Registration Deadline!

3:30pm North End Chamber of Commerce Monthly Meeting
Catch up with the North End Chamber of Commerce at St. Leonard’s Hall (enter on Prince St.) to hear from the North End Historical Society, Red Sox, Old North, Evan Falchuk and more. See the full meeting agenda.

7:00pm NEWRA Parks & Open Spaces Committee Meeting
The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association Parks & Open Spaces will be holding their monthly meeting at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet Street.

Wednesday, January 8

5:30pm “New Year’s Eve” – Films for the New Year at NE Library
“New Year’s Eve” – 2011, Directed by Gary Marshall, starring Hilary Swank. The lives of several couples and singles in New York intertwine over the course of New Year’s Eve. Running time, 118 minutes.

6:30pm Friends of the NE Library Meeting at the North End Library, 25 Parmenter Street

Thursday, January 9

7:00pm NEWRA Monthly Meeting – Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet St.
Stop by the monthly NEWRA meeting which will be addressing 1 & 2 Hull Street Court zoning, an all-alcohol license at La Galleria 33, a proposed new Salem Street building, an update from the Greenway Conservancy and a report from Suffolk University. View the agenda for more details.

1:00pm The North End of Boston: Yesterday and Yesteryear
Mr. Robert Severy, noted historian, will present an informative and entertaining slide presentation detailing North End history, past and present.  All are welcome to attend at the North End Library, 25 Parmenter Street.
