A brazen male thief of medium build made multiple attempts to steal goods from North End shops.
On Saturday afternoon, November 23rd, a coat was taken off the back of a sidewalk mannequin at Ensemble on Salem Street. Wendy, the shop owner ran after him and took back the coat.
Later in the evening around 7pm, he same apparent suspect took four dresses from the front rack of Sedurre on Prince Street. According to Robyn at the shop, he got away with those. She is advising fellow store owners not to leave goods near the entrances of their retail shops.
Police have been notified.
Updated: On November 8th, a thief stole from LIT Boutique on Hanover Street. They have let us know that a man has come forward and reciprocated for the items stolen.
