Toe Jam Puppet Band’s Halloween Spooktacular – NE Library
Trick or treat with Toe Jam Puppet Band’s all-original, interactive Halloween songs and puppets. Toe Jam will dress up kids in kooky Halloween gear and dance some spooky dances, and watch out for that silly string. Join us for this unique combination of puppets, songs, and fun. For ages birth to 5 years.

Neighborhood Trick-or-Treating
Trick-or-Treating will take place on Halloween Thursday. Every retailer/restaurant in the North End/Waterfront will receive a picture of a GHOST WITH TREAT BAG on an orange piece of paper to hang in their window if and when they are welcoming treaters. Please simply look for the GHOST WITH TREAT BAG in windows on Halloween while you are out with your child(ren). Trick-or-Treating will begin at 3:00 and go as long as you see a GHOST WITH TREAT BAG in the window of each restaurant/retailer. Some homes and/or other organizations have asked for a GHOST WITH TREAT BAG picture to hang in their windows in the past.
ROC Teen Saturday Halloween Carnival and Haunted House
ROC Teen Saturday Halloween Carnival and Haunted House with rides, bounce houses, free pumpkin patch, pumpkin carving station, free pizza, candy, crafts and music. All welcome, starts right after school on October 31, 2013 at the Nazzaro Center yard, North End. Click Here to See Event Post
Trick or Treat Magic Show – NE Library
Attend a ghostly tea party at a haunted house, solve the mystery of the vanishing monster, design a magical costume and much more. Magician Debbie O’Carroll combines mystifying stage magic and physical comedy in this delightfully spooky show which is perfect for young revelers. Come in costume for extra fun. For ages 2 – 6. 10:30am – 11:15am — North End Library, 25 Parmenter St.
RUFF Does Halloween on the Prado
RUFF does HALLOWEEN! 6pm – Join RUFF in the Prado with your pup in costume! Costume party in the Prado with treats for all! Followed by doggie Trick-or-treat through the neighborhood. This event was a great time last year and we look forward to a fun evening again this year! Start thinking of a costume now!
6pm – 8pm — Prado – Paul Revere Mall
Halloween Night Gathering on the Prado!
6:00-7:30p.m. Pizza arrives at 6:30.
NEMPAC has confirmed that it is also hosting a Halloween Gathering from 6 – 7:30p.m. on the Prado after NEWMA Trick-O-Treating. Free Pizza and Cider, and some music! Sal LaMattina, Aaron Michlewitz, and Senator Petrucelli are sponsoring the NEMPAC event.
