  1. Last Friday morning I called the Mayor’s Office because of two incidents of recycle materials being out in the rain in paper bags on Fulton St.. They said they would contact Code Enforcement. No one from Code Enforcement appeared and the mess remained until Sunday AM when another resident and I cleaned it up. Sunday morning we noticed there were thee places with rubbish put out for pick-up on Monday morning. I called the Mayor’s Office and they said there was no one to call about it. I guess Code Enforcement does not work on weekends!

How can we keep out streets clean if there is not enforcement and fines given for these offenses.
