Two male suspects stated they had a handgun and stole the victims Apple iPhone. Suspects were arrested at Richmond and Hanover Streets.

That robbery yesterday is very vague…the way this is stated, it reads like the suspects went up to the someone and stated they had a handgun and took an iPhone. Was there a pursuit? Were there witnesses?
Brandish a handgun at the busiest time of day on the busiest street in the neighborhood? Not good.
Brandish is a term of art – and nothing in this vague report suggests there actually was a gun, much less a gun that was brandished.
