This year’s Memorial Day remembrance tribute concert will be on Monday, May 27, 2013 at Christopher Columbus Park starting at 6:30 pm. It’s a free concert featuring the Metropolitan Wind Symphony and the Boston City Singers. Bring a towel or lawn chair to honor our veterans and military heros on this special holiday.

Flag Waving Fun at Independence Day Celebration by Friends of Christopher Columbus Park

The Friends of Christopher Columbus Park once again put on a family fun day to celebrate Independence Day at the park. This year’s festivities were held on Saturday, June 25th. The free celebration was kicked off by the fun “Kids Parade,” led by Uncle Sam on stilts.
