Mayoral candidate Martin Walsh spent some time chatting with North End residents this weekend. With over 300 residents coming out to vote in the Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) election on Saturday, there were plenty of folks hanging around in the playground outside the Nazzaro Center. At this week’s North End / Waterfront neighborhood meetings, community leaders were shocked to have recently received a $5,000 shakedown letter from the Rose F.
