Cobblestone Cafe Opens at 227 Hanover Street

Cobblestone Cafe Manager Robert Gomes and Chef Joshua Breen

Cobblestone Cafe opened this week at 227 Hanover Street in the location formerly occupied by Hot Tomatoes. The casual North End cafe is serving its own brand of specialty breakfast, lunch and dinner items ranging from sandwiches and burgers to salads and BBQ.  The new cafe is managed by Robert Gomes with Chef Joshua Breen in the kitchen. Breen is also the chef at Terramia Ristorante. Owner Carla Agrippino Gomes is a North End native known for her Salem Street restaurants, Terramia and Antico Forno. Those in search of a power for their iPhone and gadgets will be happy to see the multitude of charging stations featured in the cafe. (On Twitter: @CobblestoneNE)

  1. Best of luck to these guys – definitely a type of place the North End needs. Will give it a visit this weekend.
