240 Commercial Street, Billy Tse Restaurant has applied to the Boston Public Improvement Commission to add seasonal outdoor (sidewalk) seating to the existing restaurant, and also plans to seek an amendment to the current All Alcohol Beverage License to increase seating capacity.

9 Cooper Street, Elaine DiGangi seeks zoning variances and variances to state building codes to replace the existing 1-story structure with a 7-story building, for six residential units. The proposed building will be 66 feet high, exceeding the 55-foot height limit in the Zoning Code for the North End Neighborhood District.

78-80 Salem Street, Chris Young has filed an appeal for zoning relief to add a second story to the existing 1-story building and expand the existing restaurant, Trattoria Pulcinella, into the second floor. The owner has filed revised architectural plans for the new windows and roof, along with a request to add a condition to the Board of Appeal approval that the roof not be used by restaurant patrons.
