North End Resident Selected as Student of the Quarter at Arlington Catholic High School

Boston’s North End resident, Ivana Bonetti, has been selected as the Arlington Catholic High School Freshman Student of the Second Quarter. At the end of every quarter, teachers nominate students and then the full faculty takes a final vote on who should receive the honor. A student from each class is chosen based on their commitment to living the AC motto: “Act justly, love tenderly walk humbly with God.”

Ivana joined the AC community from St. Agnes School. She has a brother at AC who is a junior and a sister in 8th grade at St. Agnes. Ivana has proven to be a well-rounded individual. Prior to joining AC, she won the 8th grade science award & math award at graduation. In her free time, she is involved in AC’s Language & Drama Clubs and enjoys singing, drawing, and sewing.

When asked what she likes best about AC and the school community she responded, “The nice teachers and faculty and the new friends I’ve made.” Her future plans are to go to college and travel around the world.
