Christmas in July 2012 Set for Wednesday Night, July 25th

Deck the halls because Christmas is coming, on Wednesday July 25, 2012, 7pm at the Gassy – DeFilippo Park. There will be a movie showing of A Christmas Story, sponsored by ROC Teen Saturday and Regina Pizzeria. Christmas trees, snowmen, holiday lights and a visit from Santa Claus! All are welcome!

We’re back to Copp’s Hill Burying Ground at the gravestone of Captain Daniel Malcom, complete with bullet holes. Malcom was a sea captain who strongly opposed British taxation and frequently smuggled in his wine and tea cargo without paying the duty.
