One of the rules to occasionally break is the “rule of thirds.” Sometimes things just line-up as “Chris” does in this picture from Christopher Columbus Park where he is bathed in light. I took this photo in December 2012 shortly after a snow storm where the lights were glowing against the dark blue sky. Arrange the puzzle pieces to form the picture.
