7. Boston Police Department – Captain Lee Area-A1 will be present to answer questions regarding the city’s new Nuisance Control ordinance as well as regulating earlier closing hours in the North End
8. 115A Salem Street, Salem Group, LLC (Nestor Patino) has purchased the business Sapori Di Napoli cafe and has applied to the Licensing Board for transfer of the Malt and Wine with Liqueurs License to operate a cafe/coffee shop in the same location.
9. 5 North Sq. Inc. DBA “Gennaro’s” 5 North Square, owner Gerald Riccio has recently filed an application before the Boston License Board for a 7-Day All Alcohol Beverage License to be exercised at the above-referenced location.
10. 237-237 Hanover Street, Carla Gomes, has filed two applications, one with the City of Boston’s Inspectional Services Department (ISD) for a new 36A take-out and one with the City of Boston’s Licensing Board for a Common Victuallers License. The proposed closing hours are 7 am to 11 pm (Sunday – Thursday) and 7 am to midnight (Friday & Saturday)
