Video: Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy Board Meeting 1/29/13, Atlantic Wharf, 290 Congress St. – Part 1 of 3 – Governance Revisions
The Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy revised its governance documents at the January 29, 2013 Board of Directors meeting. The Board also voted to bring on a new member, Robyn Reed, nominated by the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA). Ms. Reed joins John Pregmon from the North End, previously nominated by the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) and voted on the RFKGC Board in late 2012.
This board meeting, chaired by Georgia Murray, is the first since the departure of Nancy Brennan as Executive Director. There was no mention of Ms. Brennan at the meeting, nor any progress in filling the Executive Director role currently occupied on an acting basis by COO Jesse Brackenbury.
