The 2012 annual North End Christmas Fund Luncheon was a crowded affair on Thursday afternoon when hundreds assembled at Filippo’s Ristorante for the charity event. Raising thousands of dollars for North End seniors and families in need, the committee chair, Robert “Ted” Tomasone said that over 200 checks of an increased amount ($40) were sent out during this Christmas season.

SPC Richard “Ricky” Scimeca, Ernest Natale Award for his military and community service
The Christmas Fund Committee is led by Robert “Ted” Tomasone with James Luisi of North End Waterfront Health. The committee includes members from local non-profit agencies: North End Athletic Association, North End Against Drugs, Nazzaro Community Center, North End Waterfront Health, North End Seniors, ABCD Head Start Program and North End / West End ABCD Service Center.
