One of the friendly community events sponsored by the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association is their annual summer party, held indoors and outside at the Pilot House on Lewis Wharf. The event brings together members and non-members in a casual social atmosphere. This year’s weather was perfect and the food was plentiful from the North Street Grille. In addition to the 50 or so North End / Waterfront residents, several local politicians attended including State Senator Anthony Petruccelli, State Representative Aaron Michlewitz and City Councilor Sal LaMattina.
The event was organized by NEWRA Sergeant at Arms, Jim Salini, and his committee including Mary McGee, Michele Morgan, Amy Ericson, Sue Benveniste, David Kubiak, Phyllis Vitti and Bob Venuti.
