A production team was filming street scenes for the upcoming TV Pilot “Terminales” on Hanover Street last night. Have you noticed how the street is always wet at night in movies? That is because they spray it with water so it looks like it just rained. These “actors” appeared to be repeatedly riding up and down the street while others were walking on the sidewalk.
