Hello Toni and Maria,
My home has been listed with an agent for over 3 months and I am not happy. What options do I have? I signed a 6 month contract.
Thanks, Kathy
Hello Kathy,
You should tell the Agent or his/her Manager that you want to cancel your listing agreement. Usually they will let you cancel easily. If they do not you can always take your home off the market until the listing contract expires.
Hi Toni and Maria,
We put our condo up for sale and found out the square footage was off. The developer included our balcony in the total when we purchased. Can the balcony be considered living space?
Michael
Hello Michael,
That is a stretch. Usually balconies, decks or patios are not considered living space and therefore not calculated in the square footage. Sorry Michael, you should contact your attorney.

Toni & Maria:
I just bought a building in the south end and would like to convert them into condo’s. Both units are just shells. What is needed to proceed with the conversion as far as legal documents and certifications. Thank You, Susan
