In an effort to streamline the logistics of those in need from the early September Cooper Street fire, neighbors have set up a Facebook page, called NorthEnd Relief.
“We have a lot of folks prepared to help,” said organizer Rhonda Lee who is working with Mary Marenghi on the effort. The website is intended to “connect the dots” between the victims and those wishing to donate furniture, household wares or clothing. Should you wish to donate something, go to the Facebook page and sign up for an exchange.
There is also a fundraiser coming up at The Living Room on October 22nd in support of helping those that are still displaced and or need to replenish what they lost.
