Monday, May 14th, 7:00 pm, the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC, holds its monthly public meeting at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet Street. In addition to the regular zoning and licensing issues, the NEWNC candidates will introducing themselves at this meeting. View the agenda here.
Tuesday, May 15th, NEWRA’s Clean Streets Meeting is open to all at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet St., 7:00 pm.
Wednesday, May 16, 6:30 pm, the North End Branch Library presents, “Daily Life in Pompeii,” a slide presentation by Leona Cottrell.
Thursday, May 17th, 7:00pm – Lecture – The Paul Revere Mall: History, Art and Community – Old North Church. Open to the public. $5 suggested donation. View more information.
Friday, May 18th – Take Friday off. Do something fun while you figure out what to do on Saturday morning.
Saturday, May 19 – It’s a big day in the neighborhood. Everyone will be out at the Book Sale on Parmenter Street to support the Friends of the NE Branch Library from 10am-3pm. At the same time, residents will be voting in the annual NEWNC election (10am-2pm at the Nazzaro Center) and it’s Coffee Hour at 10m, courtesy of your State Rep. Aaron Michlewitz at My Cousin’s Place at 396 Hanover Street.
