It was the perfect day for an outdoor book sale in the North End! The Friends of the North End Branch Library put on a banner event on Saturday, May 19, 2012. Featuring book and DVD donations from far and wide, the tables spread out along the library entrance and Parmenter Street sidewalk. Proceeds go to the Friends group that help support the programs at the library. Below are some photos of the Friends at the book sale.
