The Buona Sera event will begin with a wine reception on the spectacular 33rd floor of 60 State Street (The State Room) from 5:00pm to 6:30pm, with the reception emceed by WCVB-TV’s Bianca de la Garza, and featuring special guest Mayor Thomas M. Menino. Following the reception, dinner will be held at several premiere North End restaurants including:

  • Artu’s 
  • Bricco
  • Gennaro’s 5 North Square
  • Lucia
  • Massimino’s                                     
  • Piccola Venezia
  • Prezza
  • Restaurant Fiore
  • Ristorante Euno
  • Ristorante Lucia
  • Saraceno  
  • Tresca
  • Vinoteca di Monica’s           

Supporters of the event can purchase a table of ten from one of the above restaurants and each table will be assigned with a local celebrity guest from the worlds of politics, media, and sports.  The confirmed guests include: Senator Anthony Petruccelli; State Representative Aaron Michlewitz; VP of the Boston City Council Sal LaMattina; City Councilors Felix Arroyo and Mike Ross; Commissioner on Elder Affairs Emily Shea; Tony Massarotti, co-host of “Felger & Massarotti” on 98.5 The Sports Hub; Bob Ryan, Boston Globe sports columnist; Boston Bruins NESN color commentator Andy Brickley; and Tom ‘Satch’ Sanders, former Boston Celtics.  The evening will feature a complete dining experience with a four-course meal on behalf of the North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center.

Join us in 2012 to celebrate the beginning of summer with an evening of good wine, good food and good friends….all for a very good cause.

Start with a wine reception at The State Room atop 60 State Street, overlooking the City of Boston.
Add local political, media and sports celebrities for sparkle.
Then dine with 10 of your friends, colleagues or clients and your own celebrity around your table at one of the North End’s finest restaurants.  Molto bene!
