The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC, unanimously supported an application with the Zoning Board of Appeals for relief to change the allowed use/legal occupancy of the first floor at 91 Prince St. from a store to residential apartment. The apartment is an existing condition and no changes are expected.
Representing the applicant, James Barry, was Attorney Daniel Toscano. In answer to a question, it was noted that the building is currently under agreement for sale. More information in the video from the meeting held on April 9, 2012 at the Nazzaro Community Center.
