The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council, NEWNC, unanimously supported Salvatore Onessimo in his application with the Zoning Board of Appeals for zoning relief to change the allowed use of the first floor from a store to a Window Service Take-out Ice Cream at 94 Endicott St. The shop is called “Dip It Sweet.” View the presentation and discussion in the video from the meeting.
