North End Against Drugs will hold its’ next FAMILY DINNER/FAMILY TALK on Monday Feb. 6th at 5:30pm at the Nazzaro Community Center. North End residents, Nazzaro Center members and NEAA members are welcome. The dinner is free. The guest speaker will be Robert Lewis Jr. He is the Vice President for Programming at the Boston Foundation. I have known Robert for over 15 years, he was involved with City Year and also previously the head of Boston Centers For Youth and Families. He has been involved with children’s programming for years and now through his work at the Boston Foundation provides all kinds of grants to programs like ours to fund programs for the youth of the city. NEAD has been fortunate to receive a few of those grants and is very greatful for all the work Robert has done over the years.
Space is limited, so please RSVP to me ASAP. Parents must attend with their children, grandparents are welcome to attend as well. I look forward to seeing you all there.
