  2. Forget the "no impact" ..the poll says 41.18% think it will have a negative impact vs 20.17% who think it will have a favorable impact. If I using your approach by interpreting the no impact as meaning it correlates to my opinion…then 41.18% negative plus 38.68% no impact sure sounds like leaning negative to me. This is not a scientific poll and not a statistically significant sample. The one true thing about these types of surveys is that you can make the numbers say anything you want them to say.
