The video shows the zoning relief request and discussion at the North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) for 10 Hanover Ave. (map) brought by Sean O’Connor. The owner was accompanied at the presentation by contractor Michael Dello Russo. The renovation will add one bedroom and one bathroom to an existing unit. The building will go from 4 stories to 5 stories with a roof deck. The final height will be 52’ 7” (excluding a headhouse).

NEWNC voted 8-0 in support of the zoning application.
