The North End Music and Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) Before School Program at the BPS Eliot School has a rock band taught by Jeremy Sarzana.  They provided musical entertainment at the BPS Ambassador Program’s 1st Anniversary event.  The event was a volunteer day at Cradles to Crayons. NEMPAC’s band had 6 members on Saturday.  Dani Pezzuto, Emma Berguamo, Sam Griffin, Charlie Griffin, Marilyn Fitzgerald and Paige Fitzgerald.  Ages range from 6-12.  Jeremy teaches 40-50 kids per week in NEMPAC’s before school program at the Eliot.

BPS’ Keri Phalen said, “I just wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to NEMPAC from everyone here at Team BPS – the band was a huge hit with Ambassadors, Councilors and the Superintendent! I am especially grateful for how quickly you were able to accommodate our requests, how flexible the group was, and how well-behaved too.  I only wish they could’ve played for longer!”
