351 Hanover Street, Volle Nolle, Torri Crowell has applied to the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for a 7-Day C.V. Malt and Wine License, with a closing hour of 11:00 PM.

178 Salem Street, Cafe Lil Italy, Carla Gomes has applied to the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for a 7-Day C.V. Malt and Wine License, with a closing hour of 11:00 PM.

196 Endicott Street, Esmaeil Mahdavi has filed an appeal for zoning relief to change the legal occupancy of the building from a three-family dwelling to a four-family dwelling, creating a basement unit.

27 Sheafe Street, Peter McGinnis has filed an appeal for zoning relief to change the legal occupancy of the four-story building from four apartments and a store (basement) to five apartments.

200 Atlantic Avenue, Tia’s Boston, Lori Lilly has applied to the City of Boston Office of Consumer Affairs and Licensing for a change to the establishment’s existing Live Entertainment License.

6 Prince Street, Artu Restaurant, Nancy Frattaroli has applied to the Mayor’s Office of Consumer Affairs and Licensing to update and correct the existing non-live entertainment license to reflect the hours of operation (2:00 AM closing hour) and capacity (99 persons) in effect since 2001. There will be no change to the current entertainment, which consists of one television and background music.

· Hazardous cargo trucking through the North End and the City’s overdue study of alt. routes.
· Traffic and pedestrian problems on Hanover Street.
· The Rutherford Street Corridor Renewal project and access to I-93.
