Scott+Boni+The North End Music and Performing Arts Center introduces its new instructor, Scott Boni, Saxophonist. In addition to his work at the school, he has his own professional Jazz Trio group, NEMPAC is very excited to have him aboard as a Private Instructor.

Here is Scott Boni’s bio:

Scott Boni is a saxophonist/composer from Washington, Pennsylvania. As the leader of the Scott Boni Trio he performs throughout the Boston area. Scott draws upon his many influences (jazz, latin, classical, pop/rock) for his original compositions and also for his teaching style. From his students, Scott welcomes all levels of experience and areas of musical interest. Lessons are customized for each student’s needs and interests but are reinforced with a foundation of solid fundamental training (sound production, technical proficiency, etc).
He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music (Performance) and has studied with Billy Pierce, George Garzone, Dino Govoni, Dr. Shannon LeClaire, and Andy McGhee. Scott is currently a Masters Degree candidate at the Longy School of Music in the Modern American Music department.
