Corner Cafe Receives Good Neighbor Award

The owner of Corner Cafe on Salem Street, Richy “Shy” Loungo, was recently presented with the Good Neighbor Recognition Award from the Clean Streets Committee of the North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA). The monthly award is researched and voted on by committee members and awarded to local businesses that consistently keep their sidewalks and gutters clean of trash and debris.

Green Ticket Law – Code Enforcement Code Enforcement Officer, Chris Stockbridge, updated the NEWRA Clean Streets Committee on Green Ticket law enforcement in the North End. Clean Streets Meeting Location Change

The NEWRA Clean Streets meeting venue for next week is changing to the ABCD Center, 1 Michelangelo St. due to elections at the Nazzaro Center. Everything else remains the same – Tuesday, Sept 14th @ 7:00pm.
