On arrival, officers spoke to the victim’s wife who reported that he had been brought to the hospital for an appointment with his therapist and walked away while she was waiting for him outside. The victim’s wife further reported that her husband suffered a traumatic brain injury and a stroke for which he was receiving outpatient therapy at the Spaulding Rehab and has recently expressed suicidal ideations.
