North End Family Pride Week – August 1st-8th

Here is the Schedule of Events for North End Family Pride Week, 8/1 to 8/8. There are events for everyone, all ages – boys & girls, young and old!

This year’s program is in honor of Bobby DeCristoforo. A special memorial mass and candle light procession will be held on August 1st.  He did a lot for our community  – more behind the scenes than most of us even knew!

Also – if you want to attend the boat cruise – which is awesome for families – you need to let John Romano know how many people will be attending.

Lastly, it is never too late to make a donation of any size to help pay for all these great free family events.  Checks can be made out to NEAD and sent to 30 North Bennet St, Boston, Mass. 02113.

  1. Are any of the events or the BBQ on August 8 free? If not, how much do they cost? In general, this would be great info to add when you post notification of events.

  2. All of the events are free, except as noted on the poster (i.e., $5 for the bocce tournament).
