The Boston Parks and Recreation Department’s annual ParkARTS program will once again be giving young boys and girls the opportunity to let their imaginations run wild in local parks during a series of creative children’s arts and craft workshops sponsored by Comcast.
Children ages three to ten can enjoy the Artists in Residence Craft Workshops. Watercolor painting, mask and jewelry making, and treasure bottle creations are just a few of the crafts the children will be introduced to. Sessions are hosted by local artists from 9 a.m. to 12 noon with all materials provided. Participating children must be accompanied by an adult.
