11 PM is the "standard" time granted by the city for outdoor seating. 36 seats sounds like too many seats for that space. Seats for the restaurant part of CG or the cafe? Food service with alcohol? Or will this be another outdoor bar like Goody Glovers? When is CG going before the neighborhood groups with his patio design? I like CG and want them to succeed in the new location but….the rules should apply to everyone no?
