31 Tileston Street, Mirella Petruccelli seeks zoning relief related to proposed renovation of three residential units on floors 2, 3 and 4.  Zoning relief is needed for extension of nonconforming commercial use (first floor), though the commercial use has long been suspended and is not planned.  Plans include no changes to the envelope of the 4-story building.

Discussion on the activities of the North End Branch Library and the potential impacts to its operations due to the City’s economic problems.
Special Presentation

United States Coast Guard – District 1, Presentation and Q&A on safety and security regarding the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Shipments in Boston Harbor. Captain Healey, Sector Commander and Port Captain in charge of the Coast Guard faclity in the North End will be making the presentation and answering questions.
