CaponesPizzaSignUniversalHub talks about a lawsuit filed by the North End’s Pizzeria Regina against South Shore Capone’s Pizzeria flyers.

According to the complaint filing:

Capone’s has used and continues to use the T-SIGN Mark willfully, with the purpose of misleading, deceiving, or confusing customers and the public, and has created the false impression that BRA (Pizzeria Regina) is associated with Capone’s, and has traded upon BRA’s fame, goodwill, and outstanding business reputation.

Capone’s operates in South Weymouth and Pembroke.
