In partnership with NEWMA (North End/Waterfront Mothers Association), NEMPAC (North End Music and Performing Arts Center) is sponsoring neighborhood Trick-or-Treating for the children this year. Businesses participating will place an Orange Ghost in their windows welcoming the children. There will also be a pizza party as described on the flyer below:

The Second Annual NEMPAC North End Film and Music Festival featured local filmmakers, musicians and plenty of friends and neighbors who enjoyed Valentine’s Day at the Hard Rock Cafe for the event. A portion of the proceeds will go toward visual arts education.
