Children’s H1N1 Flu Clinic at North End Community Center

The North End Community Health Center is running a Children’s Flu Clinic to administer the H1N1 (Swine) Flu Vaccine.
Please call 617-643-8100 for an appointment.
The Center is also administering regular (seasonal) flu vaccines.

If your child is a patient of the North End Health Community Health Center, please consider taking advantage of the H1N1 Children’s Flu Clinic.

Details below:
For:  NECHC Children patients:  children from 6 months to 18 years
What:  H1N1 Flu shots
How:  make an appointment to get your child his/her shot
Who do you call:  Marguerite, the Pediatric Nurse.
Her number is 617.643.8100 and she asks that you leave her a message
if she does not pick up.
Be prepared to give her your child’s name, DOB, and MGH Blue Card
number.  She will set up a specific appointment for your child and
will return your call to set the appointment if you get her voicemail.

Children’s H1N1 Flu Clinic Dates/Times:
T, 10/20:  1 to 6 PM
W, 10/21:  1 to 5 PM
M, 10/26:  1 to 5 PM
T, 11/17:  1 to 6PM
W, 11/18:  1 to 5 PM
M, 11/23:  1 to 5 PM
