In an expression of neighborhood unity, three North End neighborhood groups submitted a joint comment letter regarding the proposals for Parcel 9 (Haymarket/Blackstone St.). Input was coordinated by the North End Central Artery Advisory Committee (NECAAC) along with participation from the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) and the North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC).
Based on input from the neighborhood, the officers from all 3 groups signed the comment letter, as follows:

David Kubiak & Victor Brogna, ZLC co-chairs, North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA)
The hope is that a joint letter will make a powerful statement in shaping the future development on Parcel 9. My individual comment letter supports the joint effort, with appreciation toward our neighbors that contributed their time and effort.
