The North End / Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) voted 25-2 in support of a zoning relief request at 4 Cleveland Place. The request is being made by the Puopolo family, longtime residents that will continue to live at the address. The application to the Zoning Board of Appeal is to change the occupancy of the building from a two-story single family dwelling to a four-story plus mezzanine three-family dwelling with the addition of a new private roof deck for the upper unit. The building will not exceed 55-feet in height and will be fully sprinkled.
