Video: North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) meeting on March 10, 2014 regarding a zoning variance request at 210 Endicott Street.

At 210 Endicott Street, Robert DelloRusso has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals to remove the existing structure to construct a five story building with 4 residential units (2 bedrooms each) and a 4-space parking garage for the residential units. Representing the applicant is Attorney William Ferullo.
The proposal is to build a 5-story structure up to 51 feet in height. The building will have an elevator and a sprinkler system with two egresses. A private roof deck will be for a family unit apartment. The applicant will comply with existing groundwater requirements.
Abutters spoke in support at the meeting and said they were impressed with the communication from the applicant.
The council voted 9-0 to support the request as proposed.
NEWNC’s vote is advisory to the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals that will hear the application on April 8, 2014.
