A Weekend in Boston: Events Throughout The City January 11 – 13

Welcome to A Weekend in Boston, a new weekly post about events occurring over the upcoming weekend throughout all of Boston. For events coming up in the North End, see the event calendar. For more information on each event, click on the event title.

We’re in week two of 2019 and so far, it’s been relatively tame weather-wise. It was around this time last year that the North End / Waterfront areas were hit with record-setting flooding due to a three-foot storm surge with a 12-foot-high tide on the harbor. Hopefully, we won’t see more of that this year, however, it’s only becoming more likely for these weather events to happen. We’re in luck for this weekend though, because there’s no storm in sight!
